These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public website that presents the Human Knowledge Classification (HKC) taxonomy and related materials (the "Site"). The Site is operated by PHCP Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site provides read-only access to HKC classification information, explanatory content, and (where available) articles for browsing. The Site does not require you to create an account or register to use its public features.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its content at any time, including to improve accuracy, security, or availability.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), or (b) zero, if the Site is provided to you free of charge.
